Meet Jane 🤍

After many years in the corporate world, Jane left to help run her husband’s Taekwondo schools across the Wirral. A 3rd Dan Black Belt, she discovered yoga as a way to create balance alongside martial arts and quickly experienced its benefits for both physical and mental wellbeing.

Yoga became especially valuable while navigating midlife and raising a growing family. Jane is passionate about making the practice accessible to everyone, creating welcoming and supportive classes that help students build strength, mobility, confidence and calm.

As a 200-hour qualified Yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner, Jane offers a relaxed space where people can move, breathe and reconnect with themselves.

She qualified as a Yoga teacher after maternity leave inspired her to follow a new path. Her training includes Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga-inspired Yoga, with Ashtanga holding a special place in her own practice.

Becoming a mum deepened Lola’s appreciation for presence, connection and what truly matters. Her classes focus on mindful movement, helping students feel refreshed, stronger, lighter and more connected to themselves.

For Lola, Yoga is a chance to slow down, reconnect and simply be.

Meet Lucy 🤍

Yoga has been part of Lucy’s life for almost 20 years and is much more than a practice — it is a central part of who she is.

She is qualified in 300-hour Vinyasa, Yin and Pregnancy Yoga and believes yYoga is not about flexibility, but about connecting with the breath and using the mat as a space to become more fully yourself.

Alongside teaching Yoga, Lucy is an Early Years teacher with a Master’s in Child Psychotherapy. She is passionate about wellbeing and loves sharing the benefits of Yoga with both adults and children.

Lucy looks forward to welcoming you to the mat.

Meet Sam 🤍

Over the years, Sam has studied with teachers from a range of Yoga traditions and taught in different settings. His classes combine movement, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation in an accessible, down-to-earth way.

Sam believes Yoga is not about perfect poses or being flexible. It is about building a stronger relationship with yourself, both on and off the mat.

Whether you are attending your first class or have practised for years, you are welcome exactly as you are.
