We heat the room to around 35°C for classes.

Absolutely. Our classes are welcoming for all levels. You can take breaks at any time and follow options offered by the teacher.

Yes — mats are free to use in the studio.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class (and a few minutes early for future classes). We lock the door at the class start time to keep the room safe and at temperature.

It’s normal to need time to adapt. Take a break, sit or lie down, and focus on slow breathing. If you feel unwell, step outside and tell the teacher.

Yes. If you need to step out briefly, you’re welcome to do so quietly and rejoin when ready.

Try to avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before class. A light snack is fine if you need it.

For most people, yes — but please speak to your GP if you have any concerns. Let the teacher know before class if you’re pregnant, have a medical condition (e.g., heart/blood pressure issues), or an injury.

Please cancel at least 12 hours before class so someone else can take the space. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class (or no-shows) may result in the class credit being forfeited.

No — passes and memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

We run heated classes focused on breath, strength, mobility and calm. Each teacher may have a slightly different style, but all classes are designed to be accessible.
